The Tower casting machine for the production of ceramic sanitary ware Toilet bowls,Bidets,Lavabo.

The molds necessary for the creation of specific articles are installed on it and its purpose is to carry out the casting, draining and demoulding operations of the ceramic products, limiting manual handling of the loads as much as possible. The manual operations carried out by the operator consist in positioning the demoulding bases and the plugs.

The operator's safety is guaranteed by the construction according to EU rules and standards and by the tests carried out by metaltecnica srl.

The machine is mainly made up of a lower bench and an upper carriage, both mobile:

• Lower bench, where the molds are fixed, can move upwards and downwards and rotate from 0° to 180°

• Upper bench where the parts that make up the mold are fixed and blocked by pistons and can move forwards or backwards.

The incorrect sequence of the operator's commands is prevented by the machine control plc.

The machine is equipped with mold filling tubes and mold air circuit.

Casting is controlled by a centralized system:

- by valves through a flow pressure control system;

- by gravity from two tanks placed at the ends of the machine.

- Air Blower pipe line and valve.

Once the casting and draining operations have been completed, the operator proceeds to remove the pieces from the mold, using the control panel located on the machine.

The cast pieces are unloaded onto trolleys, positioned under the machine itself.

The trolleys are supplied with the machine.

The machine can be use by a single operator.
