HERMES is a floor finder machine used for the purpose of taking sanitary ware (shower trays) from the casting machine and depositing them on special metal transport/deposit trolleys, eliminating any manual load handling activities by employees.

It works in coupling with a demoulding machine already present on the casting bench mod.

Pegaso. the demoulding machine table and the floor finder table are perfectly aligned in

order to ensure proper transfer of items from the casting machine to the trolley.

For this purpose, the machine is equipped with alignment sensors and a green flashing light

that certifies its correct positioning, in order to avoid incorrect handling of the processed

articles with possible breakage and falling to the ground.

Such a machine can operate in semiautomatic or manual mode depending on the work

requirements. Even in semiautomatic operation, each operation takes place in a strictly

sequential manner, and it is the operator himself who gives the machine, through the control

panel, the impulse for the operations to be carried out (handling scaiole and shower trays).
