The BS-07 was designed and built with the best materials: built entirely in stainless steel (even the rotation bearings of the work surface) to avoid the formation of rust, locking and rotation system of the piece to facilitate painting and with pistons oversized compared to the workload, offers the highest quality of work and complies with all European safety standards.

The piece is positioned on a horizontal support surface equipped with rubber to avoid impacts and damage and blocked in the upper part by an air piston. The rim is manually wetted with enamel using a pump equipped with an expansion tank (this avoids pulsations of the paint); once the rim and the drain siphon have been completely wetted, the piece is rotated 90° allowing the entire internal part of the sanitary ware to be painted (part of the drain - siphon - lower part of the rim).

The BS-07 adapts perfectly to any type of sanitary ware thanks to the ability to adjust the locking pistons both in height and in length. The siphon wetting machine can be made with one or two stations, in this case the two working arms are absolutely independent of each other in order to optimize the work of the workers. The tank is designed and built to allow it to be completely emptied with minimal effort. The BS-07 is CE marked.
