Booth for ceramics CLS
The booths we manufacture are designed and intended to be used in the ceramic industry
The booths we manufacture are designed and intended to be used in the ceramic industry, particularly in the production of ceramic sanitary ware (vitreous-china and/or fireclay). They are entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and are completed with top quality components made in Italy or EU.
Our cabins are specifically designed for testing (finishing) and glazing (manual and automatic) of the ceramic piece. Depending on the requirements, they can have suction with a film of water or dry with filters.
The cabins respond above all to the need to aspirate and break down the nebulized glaze and other excess residues produced during the working phase.
The health of the operator is very important to us so we pay the utmost attention to the control of the air speed to avoid physical disturbances to the operator. We reduce to the maximum all emissions to the outside with appropriate filters, not to damage the environment around us. Each cabin is available in different widths (from 1500mm to 3400mm) so as to accommodate pieces of various sizes can have one or two work stations.
The spray booth is used to enamel the hygienic articles still raw, providing to suck and eliminate eventual nebulized particles towards operator. The spray booth, is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, first choice equipped with: sound insulated fan complying with acoustic pollution standards, pump, filters, filters cleaning automated system (cleaning cycle can be automatically program- med), one turnstile, break-glaze barrier to easier its recycle, collecting tank, electric board.
The booth is furnished with water integrated dust suppression system and self-cleaning plastic filters.
All of the pipelines for the filters’ cleaning are made of 2” stainless steel. The booth can will be furnished with shockblocker and spraying gun.
The cabin can be single (1 workstation) or double (2 work- stations).
DETAIL
The Spray Booth is used to dispose of spray compressed air, by means of suitable airbrushes, providing to suck and eliminate eventual nebulized particles towards operator; dust suppression is made by means of a water-film filter: the sucked air goes through a system of cascades and water-films, then flows through a series of plastic drop separators of the labyrinth kind, and blown outwards by the fan through the expulsion chimney.
The working area is situated in unit’s front and it is equipped with turnstile, placed at the end of a mobile pneumatic arm (photo), which can be manually rotated by operator through special small handlebar.
The supply of the water films -both on the back part is made by means of a proper electro-pump, which ensures a steady flow and water’s recycle.
In the Booth have been installed sound-insulated fans, according to noise pollution standards.
The fan, which can ensure necessary features of the air flow, both for capacity and for predominance, in order to suck the powders created while working, is of the centrifugal kind and it is mounted on anti-vibrating joints so as to limit eventual vibrations’ transmission to the surrounding environment and/or to the operator.
The cabins are equipped with a diaphragm pump and a pulsation damper. The diaphragm pump is a pneumatic pump used for pumping liquids or powders.
A Pulsation Dampener is a passive device attached to a reciprocating pump to minimize pressure pulsations (photo).
