The Test Booths are entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The machine operates on pieces which have been cast (and already fired), both in the finishing and test phase.

The removal of material from the surface of the piece, during the finish/test phases, originates ceramic powders; the Finish/Test Booth provides to suck the air – full of residuals – and to suppress the powders/dust contained in the air by means of a system of cascades and water films.

The working area is situated in unit’s front and it is equipped with a turnstile (circular platform), which can be manually moved by the operator in the 4 useful directions.

The Finish/Test Booth is used for supporting the Finish/Test phase of the green sanitary ware piece, meeting the exigency of sucking and suppressing the powders/dust created during working.

The Finish/Test Booth is used for supporting the finish/test operations of the green sanitary ware items, providing to suck and eliminate eventual dust’s spreading towards operator; dust suppression is made by means of a water-film filter: the sucked air goes through a system of cascades and water-films, then flows through a series of plastic drop-separators of the labyrinth kind, and blown outwards by the fan through the expulsion chimney.

The working area is situated in unit’s front and it is equipped with an adjustable turnstile, which can be manually moved in the 4 directions, as needed (right, left, inwards and outwards.

The supply of the water films -both on the back part of the booth and on the turnstile’s working plane- is made by means of a proper electro-pump (photo), which ensures a steady flow and water’s recycle (photo).

The operator works standing on a metallic grid used for suppressing powders/dust to the ground. Such grid is secured to the booth by means of hinges and it can be lifted while cleaning the floor.

In the Booth have been installed sound-insulated fans, according to noise pollution standards.
